Menu Vase Troll Glass 10cm midnight blue
There is much more behind Menu's Troll vase than one might first suspect. The high-quality glass vase does not get its colour gradient from a different application of paint! The designers Andersen & Voll played with different thicknesses of glass to see how the colour behaves. The result is the vase series Troll, with its unique colour gradients. From the deep dark base to the almost transparent, delicate edge of the vase.
Also the name did not arise by chance. A painting by the Norwegian painter Theodor Kittelsen was the inspiration for it. The painting depicts a mystical water spirit rising from the dark waters of a forest pond.
