There must be a hole drilled in the wall. Dowel and screw are included.
The brush bowl has a hole on the back. A stainless steel mounting kit supplied as a spacer to the wall and at the same time as attachment for the toilet brush. So the toilet brush can also be unscrewed from the wall for cleaning. The screw from the mounting kit is also an aperture so that the screw connection looks visually good.
